The Mens 2012 Season will open on 31st March 2012
The Winter league will close as planned on 25th February 2012 and the knockouts will take place during March
If 2 or 3 weeks are played the qualifying scores will be 6, if only one week is played it will be 5
The top 8 will go through to the 18 hole knockout stage and play off their winter
handicaps. The draw will be

Place 4 plays place 5
Place 3 plays place 6
Place 2 plays place 7
Throughout March until Opening Day there will be a weekly 13 hole competition as now , starting places will be reserved for the qualifiers

Special Note:
1. Any winner unable to attend a Monthly Prize Presentation Evening must send an e.mail or a letter to the golf chairman with their apologies and who will represent them, or they will not be eligible to receive their prize.
2. It is the tradition in the Club that winners of a Board Competition are given the opportunity to donate the Prize for that Competition the following year.
3. Prize Donors will be given an opportunity to go on the starting sheet first, in the Competition for which they have donated a prize.
4. Anyone who fails to appear for a Competition in which they are entered or fails to advise the Professional in good time will be suspended for two competitions.
5. All Four Ball Better Ball Competitions will be played off 3/4 Handicap
